Customers acknowledge that they have in effect their own health insurance coverage and accept with their consent and full understanding that this shop will not be responsible and/or liable to its patrons for injuries sustained by the customer while using the shop facilities, tools, & equipment in performance of automotive repair and maintenance work at the shop.
- No more than 6 people in the bay at one time
- Must be 18 years or older to rent the bay
- No one under the age of 12 can be in the bay; anyone 12 years or older must be accompanied by an adult
- No alcohol is allowed in the bay or on the premises
- No firearms are allowed in the bay or on the premises
- No illegal drugs are allowed in the bay or on the premises
- While in the self service bay you are required to wear:
- Footwear that covers the entire foot
- Protective eyewear
- Protective gloves
- All spills must be reported to the U Do It Garage staff immediately and cleaned with shop towels and oil dry.
- Rags must be disposed into the proper red metal containers; place used oil filters upside down inside the oil drain container, DO NOT throw them into the trash
- Painting is not allowed in the bay
- Welding is not allowed in the bay
- Exhaust tubes must be connected to the vehicle and attached to the exterior vent anytime a vehicle is being operated in the bay
Customers are responsible for all the tools and equipment provided for their use. All of the tools and equipment must be cleaned and returned into the same space in the tool box as when checked into the bay.
DO NOT ABUSE OR MISUSE THE TOOLS. Use the right tool for the right job.
If you are unclear about any aspect of the bay or tools/equipment then please ask the staff and they would be happy to answer your questions.
When you are finished with the bay please clean it and the tools to be in the same condition as when it was rented to you.
